| Here we are removing a Cal-Spa pump motor from the
spa and installing a new wet end assembly. If you're having a hard time figuring out how to
remove the impeller on a rusted shaft, then this section is for you.
Those of you with difficult to remove
impellers will appreciate this sequence. |

| This example of wet end removal and installation,
is being done with a 3/4 HP Flo-Master FMCP series pump, by Aqua-Flo. We are removing an
older .75 HP Franklin Electric pump motor, and replacing it with a new 1.5 HP Magnetek pump motor.
We are also upgrading the impeller size to achieve a higher water flow rate, to take advantage of
the increased horsepower capacity of the new motor.
