Mission
Statement: The goal
of the SpaNetwork is to bring together all elements of the spa and hot tub community, to help
owners find service, to help owners determine solutions to problems they are having with their spas
when they can't get service, and provide spa parts to them at a reasonable price, when repairing it
themselves.
If you are a new spa service company, or a pool
service/building company new to spa service, and, looking for parts sources, please email us
immediately and we will be happy to provide you with them. This industry needs your
support!
Awards:
Lots. All of our awards come from our
customer and user/email feedback.
Showing someone how to replace a pump impeller,
or how to repair the spa control system, and them actually using these instructions and getting it
right... are the best 'awards' we will ever get.
Your positive comments are very instrumental in
keeping up the attitude and stride in making the site better, by adding more info for your
use.
Then again... we need negative feed back
also. Without it, we might get too laid back here. If you have negative comments.... or
constructive criticism, we sincerely need it. There's only been like two negative comments in
the entire time that this site has been online. Especially if you notice safety issues that
could be a problem, or procedural errors... please help us keep the site in check!
E-Commerce and other
considerations:
While E-Commerce may be the underlying goal to
make everything work... that in and of itself, does not come with simply an online
store. Our unique catalog is the result of many hundreds of hours of work, and right
now, we're only half way there. We spend hours daily working on graphics, new site material,
composition, talking to customers all over the country to help solve their problems, even if we
can't see them.... we are happy to do so, even if all they purchase is a 12.00 air button.
Even then, we still find the time to get away from the computer and perform some service for
our local customers.
There is a wide gap in this industry between
ownership and the availability of qualified technical service, and it is reaching epidemic
proportions. Particularly when the manufacturers spend millions in manufacturing, and
distributing spas with features that 20 years ago... were never heard of.
This gap, is what I hope to help bridge.
Because if spa sales continue on the same upward trend that has been exhibited in the last 8
years.... there is going to be an extreme need for realistic, understandable, technical know how to
the average user, (and hopefully to the spa tech trainee, or enterprising entrepreneur in the
spa/hot-tub service business), because of the lack of qualified technicians nationwide.
Thanks for reading, and we hope that you enjoy
all of our sites!
